History

Bianor is a leader in plastics injection methods in Poland. Bianor was founded in 1997 following the transfer of the former Norplast activities from the Netherlands to Poland.

 

 

1997

 Philips decides to transfer its Dutch Domestic Appliance production to Białystok. Norplast (a Schuttersveld company) follows suit and sells the company to Kendrion, a German investment Group

 

1998

Working with just 5 machines (now we have over 50). At the beginning we worked in a space of around 2,000 m. Now we have approximately 15,000 m!

 

 

2000

§  We receive the ISO 9002 certification

§  We acquire the first two-component injection machine (2K)

§  We acquire the first assembly of the finished product (a child car seat for MotherCare)

§  Following a change in control of the company starts to diversify its customer base

 

2001

§  We begin cooperation with Siemens Bosch Hausgeräte

§  We enter the ‘professional’ market with the production of enclosures for Makita drills

 

2004

§  We produce our first product using gas injection technology

 

2005

§  Bianor enters the ‘packaging’ market with the production of DVD boxes

§  We acquire 3D measuring machines

§  Start up of an in-house painting shop

 

2006

The first tests of compensation in technology Blow Injection Moulding

 

2007 / 2008

§  Nimbus the "hands investors" from the Netherlands acquires Bianor

§  Bianor undergoes a complete reorganisation of production  

§  Our staff undertake a professionalisation program

§  We re-engineer all our operational processes

§  Successful launch of a vacuum cleaner assembly for Zelmer

§ We introduce a semi-central system of administration of granulate distribution

§  We develop an innovative injection-blow moulding technology

§  We introduce a data-driven Management Information System

§  We introduce Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methods
